Made from grass-fed C-grade yellow fat primal beef cuts, yellow fat biltong is the most sought-after biltong in South Africa! Most retailers don't stock this grade because there is a very limited supply in South Africa.

Curing

Cured and dried the traditional way, our yellow fat beef biltong is soaked in a marinade of herbs, spices and a few other secret ingredients to give you that biltong satisfaction you crave! Our biltong is produced in a secure, fully-certified food production facility.
