Delivery

We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible. Despite continual increases in fuel and courier costs, we try subsidise the delivery as much as we can. We want you to be able to get as much deliciousness for you money as possible! 

Please take note: Orders in Johannesburg and neighbouring areas can take 1-2 days for delivery, outlying areas & coastal areas can take longer from 2-3 days.

Please note that we will try our best to get your orders out ASAP . External factors such as the Couriers, Strikes, Public holidays etc can influence delivery times.

Below is a breakdown of delivery costs. They are valid for anywhere in South Africa.

  • Only R120 for all orders under R1,499
  • Free delivery for all orders from R1,500 and up

Deliveries are usually sent out with the couriers on Monday to Thursday. We deliver via courier to all areas local and national. We don’t like sending out orders on Fridays because your delicious order could end up sitting in a courier depot over the weekend, which can negatively affect the freshness of the products you receive. If you are in a local delivery area and we're sure you'll get it before the weekend, we'll send it.

 

How to Order

To ensure you get exactly what you want, all orders must be placed via our website. 

You can visit our shop and check our all the delicious products we have available. 

You can then select the options you’d like (weight, wetness, amount of fat, etc) and add the item to your cart. 

This can be repeated for every item you’d like to order. 

When you’re done, you can click on the basket icon on the top right of the screen to review your order. You can then choose your payment method and give us your delivery address.

 Then all you need to do is wait for South Africa’s best biltong to arrive at your door!

 

Stock Availability

We may occasionally run out of stock before we can update our stock availability on our website. We endeavor to keep this to a minimum.

Our stock is made and dried using the traditional method. Weather can affect our drying process which could result in your order delivery being postponed by a few days.

 

Paying For Your Order

You can pay by Instant EFT or pay online via debit or credit card and even zapper once your order is placed. 

* Paying via card – you can pay safely via debit or credit card.

* Orders cannot be processed until full payment has been received.
