Refund policy

 

  1. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to OMG Biltong once your product has been delivered, should you not be happy with the product in question;
  2. The product if being returned to OMG Biltong must be in its original packaging and weigh the same as stipulated on the invoice provided to the customer on checkout and delivery;
  3. Orders processed through www.omgbiltong.co.za may only be cancelled before the products have been scheduled for shipping. This cancellation will incur a 15% handling fee of your order total;
  4. OMG Biltong will not accept order cancellations or refund orders once handed over to the courier provider.
