Delivery Costs

We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, despite continual increases in fuel and courier costs. We want you to be able to get as much deliciousness for your money as possible. 

Below is a breakdown of delivery costs. They are valid for anywhere in South Africa and are based on the total weight of the products you order.

Deliver only costs R120.

Delivery is free for orders over R2,000 

OMG Biltong will try to have your delivery / collection date & time processed according to our stock availability, which is also subject to the delivery schedule of our courier provider;

 To keep our product fresh for consumption, products for national orders outside Johannesburg area will only be shipped out every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Local, same-day shipping within Johannesburg (when possible) - shipped every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday;

Our courier provider may take 1- 4 days for delivery of your order, depending on your region;

Collection of orders are done by appointment only.

Local and National Shipping Terms

OMG Biltong is not and cannot be held responsible or liable for the following:

Misplaced, damaged, delayed, stolen or lost freight once handed over to the courier provider;

Incorrect delivery addresses or contact information or provided on your order;

Delays in delivery that may spoil the products.

Packaging

OMG Biltong provides two different packaging options. Please select the appropriate packaging required for your order. The packaging options available are: 

Brown Paper Bag (Not Vacuum Sealed)

Vacuum Sealed (In 80 Micron Plastic Bag)

Non-Shipping Of Items

At the discretion of OMG Biltong, we reserve the right to not ship certain items available or listed on our website.

Order Tracking

You will be provided a tracking or waybill number once payment and stock availability has been confirmed for your order.
