Packaging

Your biltong can be packaged in the traditional brown paper bag OR vacuum sealed (Ideal for freezing or long-distance delivery).

It’s Healthy!

Biltong is a much more favourable snack compared to many other common snack foods, such as potato chips, cookies, and crackers. Curing

Cured and dried the traditional way, our chicken biltong is soaked in a marinade of herbs, spices and a few other secret ingredients to give you that biltong satisfaction you crave! Our biltong is produced in a secure, fully-certified food production facility.
